Mission

The Atlantic Alano Club’s purpose is to provide a place for any person seeking recovery to come as a safe haven, free from drugs and alcohol. We welcome all persons in recovery and hope to assist them in recovering from whatever their addiction may be.

Although primarily a gay and lesbian club, we welcome all persons in recovery and their friends, regardless of their sexual orientation. Our primary purpose is to ensure a loving, nurturing environment providing opportunities for personal growth, development of fellowship, and increased community awareness of the Club and its commitment to personal recovery.

The Atlantic Alano Club board of directors, and its members, envision the Club reaching an ever widening geographical area, and becoming one of the major gay and lesbian centers for the recovery of alcohol and substance abuse in Southern Caifornia.

Organizations holding meetings within the club include Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, Cocaine Anonymous, Dual Recovery Anonymous, Crystal Meth Anonymous and Al- Anon. A current schedule of meeting day & times can be found here, or by clicking Meetings above.
